• Facilitating client messaging and reminders (such as opening pre-filled WhatsApp and SMS communications).

All user data is stored on secure Google Firebase servers. We utilize industry-standard Firestore Security Rules and Cloud Storage rules to ensure that **only you** can access, read, update, or delete your own cases, client information, and uploaded documents.

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You can edit or permanently delete your cases, clients, and documents at any time from your dashboard. If you delete your account, all associated database records and files are removed.
